Privacy and audience measurement
We measure public page views and clicks on links to Doctolib to improve navigation and understand how the website is used. This does not tell us whether you subsequently book an appointment.
What is recorded
Event type (page view or click), the public page concerned, button location, page language, a screen-width category and the time of the event. Statistics are then grouped, particularly by day and page.
The analytics dataset contains no names, email addresses, IP addresses, visitor IDs or session IDs. It receives no URL query parameters, previous-page addresses or information entered into forms. No audience-measurement cookie is created and no individual profile is built.
Hosting and access
Measurement uses Cloudflare, which also hosts the website. As with any connection, the network infrastructure processes technical information including the IP address needed for communication; this does not mean that the address is stored in our analytics dataset. The dashboard is restricted to people authorised by Yama Santé.
Workers Analytics Engine retains events for three months. Aggregate totals may be exported to follow changes over time. Questionnaires, the doctor portal and medical information entered there are excluded from this measurement.
Your choice in this browser
You may disable measurement without affecting access to the website or appointment booking. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are also respected.

Links open Doctolib directly. Processing performed after opening Doctolib is handled by that service; our measurement does not track your activity on its pages.
